LSUE completes 3 game sweep
Thursday March 12th – LSUE (20-3) defeated Kellogg Community College from Battlefield, Michigan to complete the three game sweep in the mid-week series. Chance Mistric (6-0) earned the win for the Bengals pitching five innings, allowing two hits, no runs, and striking out four.
At the plate, the Bengals were led by Jordan Bourque who went 3-for-5 with two doubles and three RBI’s. Zach Kirksey added two hits and two RBI’s. The Bengals will be back in action Sunday, March 15th at Bengals Stadium versus St. Charles (MO) Community College with a first pitch set for 3 pm.
