Bengals Finish Regular Season
Sunday, May 9th - The LSU Eunice Baseball team (43-11) completed its regular season schedule with a three game series at San Jacinto College over the weekend. The Bengals dropped game one on Friday night by a score of 8-7. Starter Chance Mistric received a no decision. Three different Bengals recorded multiple hits led by Ryan Broussard who went 3-for-4. In the first game on Saturday, San Jacinto won 4-1. Starter Tony Dischler (8-3) suffered the defeat throwing a complete game. In game two on Saturday, the Bengals were defeated by a 7-6 score. Jeremy Breaux and Dustin Fulks combined for 5 1/3 innings of relief, allowing three hits and no earned runs. Raph Rhymes went 4-for-6 with two doubles and three stolen bases.
