Bengals Finish 2-2 in Arizona

GLENDALE, Ariz. -- It was another rough night for the Lady Bengals, who finished 2-2 during the week-long visit to Arizona after a 85-69 loss to Glendale Community College. LSU Eunice once again were victims of the referee's whistle, getting called for 26 personal fouls, and Glendale receiving 41 free throws, in contrast to LSU Eunice's 11 free throw attempts.
In addition to the fouls, the Lady Bengals were also prone to the turnover, committing 28 as a team. Tyler Compton, who led the Bengals in scoring with 17 points, also collected 8 assits, but also committed a career-high 10 turnovers. Off the bench, Kelsey Thibodeaux scored 10 points on 4-5 shooting
Glendale was hot from behind the three-point line, connecting on 9 of their 16 shot attempts. Leading the way for Glendale was Tiffany Levin, who hit four 3-pointers, collecting 17 points.
The Lady Bengals will go on hiatus for the holidays, and return to action on December 28 against Palm Beach State College in West Palm Beach, Florida.
