Bengals Top St. John's River
Sunday February 27th, Marianna, FL - The LSU Eunice baseball team (8-3) won today's game against St. John's River State College by a score of 6-5.
Jared Dye (Mangham) pitched in relief of starter Brady Wilson (Parkview). Dye pitched four innings allowing two hits and no runs with one walk and three strikeouts. Tyler Venable (1-0) (Rayne) received the win pitching in relief of Dye throwing one inning with no hits, no runs, no walks, and one strikeout.
At the plate, Dalton Herrington (Minden) went 2-for-4 with a three run homerun and two runs scored. Hommy Rosado (Barbe) added a double going 1-for-3.
