“We really stressed taking their inside game away. They are a big team and their offensive philosophy is to get it into the post. We did an extremely good job fronting the post and getting the help-side when we needed it. That basically won us the ball game tonight,” head coach
Michael Bari said.
“We can shoot the ball, and if we shoot the ball we are going to have nights like this,” he added.

Sophomore

Meghan Cross and
Chesley Dubroc finished with 14 and 10 points, respectively, while Dubroc pulled down nine rebounds and had three blocks.
Feleshia Walters was the high scorer off the bench, finishing with an eight-point, eight-rebound effort, while
Kate Faulk added six points and five rebounds off the bench as well.
“We had a nice crowd tonight. They were vocal…it was fun,” Bari said of the packed house full of family, friends and fellow LSU Eunice student-athletes.
