The LSU Eunice baseball team's scheduled Sunday afternoon game against Baton Rouge Community College on the road in Baton Rouge has been postponed due to weather conditions.

The Bengals (27-7) took the opening two games of the series, including Saturday's contest that was moved up ahead of the rain, before a forecast that saw rain come through the area late Saturday night with more showers expected on Sunday afternoon.

LSU Eunice and Baton Rouge will now play on Wednesday night at 6 p.m. in Baton Rouge to finish the three-game series.

Following a Monday neutral site contest against Wharton Junior College at McNeese State University at 6 p.m., the Bengals' schedule will now have them facing Baton Rouge Community College four times in five days beginning with Wednesday's rescheduled contest.

After Wednesday's game in Baton Rouge, the two teams will play again next weekend with the same style split-venue series – with LSU Eunice hosting games on Friday (6 p.m.) and Sunday (3 p.m.), with Saturday's game (6 p.m.) being played in Baton Rouge.

The Wednesday and Friday games can be heard on KVPI 92.5 FM and Sunday's contest will be on KVPI 1050 AM.

Monday's game against Wharton, as well as all four games against Baton Rouge Community College, will be available on Bengal All-Access.
