Bengals run past Tyler
Box Score Second-ranked LSU Eunice opened their four-game series against Tyler Junior College with a 11-1, 3-2 sweep over the Apaches on Friday at Bengal Field.

Tyler tied the game in the top of the sixth when Tim Hunter singled, stole second and scored when Derek Clemons singled to centerfield.

LSU Eunice's win in the finale was much closer as the game was tied 2-2 when Sensley reached base on an error in the bottom of the fifth and scored the go-ahead run on another Tyler miscue.
