Bengals outlast Leopards
Box Score In an offensive display by both teams, LSU Eunice held on for an 18-14 win over Temple College in Saturday's double header opener at Bengal Stadium.

Gavin Bourgeois (Notre Dame) led off with a walk, stole second and third before scoring on a single by
Braden Comeaux (Barbe).
The Bengals added a run in the bottom of the second inning when
Johnny Johnson (Runnels) reached on a fielder's choice, stole second and scored on a hit by Bourgeois.
Temple College tied the game in the bottom of the inning when Taylor Bright singled, Blake Jones walked and both scored on a double by Chase Cryer.
The Bengals exploded for eight runs in the bottom of the inning to move ahead, 10-2.
