BATON ROUGE, La. – LSU Eunice grinded out a 67-51 win over Baton Rouge CC on Wednesday at the Bonne Sante Wellness Center. 
 
The Bengals (4-0, 2-0 LCCAC) were once again led by the backcourt duo of 
Jonathan Cisse (Grand Coteau, LA, St. Thomas More HS) and 
Isaiah Payne (Ville Platte, LA, Pine Prairie HS).  Cisse led all scorers with 21 points while Payne added 18 points.
 
LSUE had to battle the Bears for the majority of the night, holding a slim 29-24 edge at intermission.  The Bengals would finally separating themselves late in the second half, building as large as an 18-point lead.
 
The inside game was paced by 
John Kenoye (Port Harcourt, Nigeria, Lee Academy (ME)) and 
Papa Malick Mactar Thiam (Thies, Senegal, Central Pointe Academy (FL)), each scoring nine points.
 
LSU Eunice continues its LCCAC week on the road this Saturday as the Bengals invade New Orleans.  The Bengals and Dolphins are scheduled to tip-off from the Michael Williamson Center at 4:00PM.
