Biography

Prior to College: A native of Elizabeth, La., Maddox attended Elizabeth High School, where she was a four-year letter winner in basketball and softball, and a two-year letter winner in cross country, for the Bulldogs. On the softball field, she racked up All-District honors as a pitcher and utility player. On the court, Maddox was named an All-District player as a junior and a senior and was also named first-team All-State as a senior. One of four children with a younger brother and two older brothers, Maddox chose to come to LSU Eunice because “I wanted to be close to home and attend a small college.”
