Biography

Prior to College: A native of Highlands, Tx., Richard attended Goose Creek Memorial High School, where she was a three-year letter winner in basketball for the Patriots. On the court, Richard was named an All-District player as a junior and a senior. Off the court, she was a member of the Student Council and Key Club while also serving as the Student Body and Class President. The older of two children with a younger brother, Richard chose to come to LSU Eunice because “I received a scholarship and it is allowing me to fulfill my dream of being a women’s college basketball player.”
