Kirstyn Joiner

Kirstyn Joiner enters her first season as an assistant on the LSUE softball staff.  Joiner comes to Eunice after spending time as an assistant or head coach at the NJCAA, NAIA and NCAA Division II levels.

The Milton, Fla. native focuses primarily on pitching, outfielders and catchers.

Joiner comes to LSUE after a successful two-year stint at University of Mobile, helping the Rams reach the NAIA World Series in both seasons.  Under her tutelage, Joiner developed eight first-team All-Southern States Athletic Conference members, ten NFCA All-Region selections and three NAIA All-Americans.  Mobile was twice honored by the NFCA as the Regional Coaching Staff of the Year.

Prior to joining her alma mater, Joiner was a graduate assistant coach at Spring Hill College for the 2016-17 campaign.  Joiner assisted the Badgers to a 33-16 record including a program-best 17-2 conference mark.  She also helped guide six Spring Hill student-athletes to earning a spot on the SIAC All-Academic Team.

Joiner began her coaching career at the NJCAA level, spending two seasons at Pensacola State College from 2012-2014.  She then moved on to Marion Military Institute, first as an assistant then a year as the Tigers' interim head coach.

Joiner played collegiately at the University of Mobile, earning All-Conference honors twice and leading the Rams to a 2011 NAIA National Tournament appearance.  She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communicaitons from the University of West Florida in 2013 and a Masters of Higher Education from the University of Mobile in 2018.
