Steve McNemar is in his first season with the Bengal Softball staff, serving as the pitching coach for LSU Eunice.
McNemar is one of the leading private pitching instructors in the state, having been involved in softball for more than 17 years. He currently owns a private pitching instruction business, helping tutor numerous college bound and collegiate athletes across the state of Louisiana.
Prior to joining the LSUE staff, McNemar helped instruct LSUE All-American pitcher Chloe Bennett while in high school. Bennett set the single-season strikeout record in her first season with LSU Eunice in 2022.
A resident of Lafayette with his wife Libby, together they have seven children plus eight grandchildren (and counting).
