DALLAS, Texas  – LSU Eunice Women's Basketball rebounded from its first loss of the season in a big way, defeating Dallas College–Mountain View 91–73 on Friday.  The Bengals (6-1) eclipsed 90-plus points for the second time in three days in the runaway victory.
 
The Bengals established control early with a 25–19 opening quarter and maintained steady momentum throughout the night. LSUE outscored the Lions in each of the first three periods before capping the win with a 29-point fourth quarter to put the game out of reach.
 
A balanced offensive effort once again powered the Bengals.Edurne Diaz de la Serna Munoz (Ripollet, Spain, Institut Palau Ausit) led the way with 17 points on 8-of-16 shooting, while Kamiera McDonald (Baton Rouge, LA, Scotlandville HS) matched her with 17 points of her own, highlighted by five made three-pointers. Paulina Reichenauer (Waiblingen, Germany, Salier Gymnasium) added 10 points, and Reesie Jinks (Grant, LA, Fairview HS) contributed nine off the bench.
 
LSU Eunice shot 39.1 percent from the field and 33.3 percent from long range while holding Mountain View in check defensively, forcing 23 turnovers off 18 steals.
