EUNICE, La. - LSU Eunice Women's Basketball delivered a dominant all-around performance on Tuesday, rolling to a 103–41 victory over East Texas Baptist University JV. The Bengals (2-0) eclipsed the 100-point mark for a second straight game, the second time under head coach Rob Beckmann the Bengals eclipsed the century mark in back-to-back games.
Edurne Diaz de la Serna Munoz (Ripollet, Spain, Institut Palau Ausit) led the charge with a standout 24-point performance off the bench, connecting on 9-of-12 shots from the field, including four three-pointers, while adding six steals.
Paulina Reichenauer (Waiblingen, Germany, Salier Gymnasium) was a force inside with 12 points, seven rebounds, and three assists, and
Jamiya Woodard (Tulsa, OK, Union HS) added 11 points and three steals.
The Lady Bengals showcased impressive depth, with six players scoring at least seven points and all 13 players contributing in the box score. LSUE shot 38 percent from the floor and 35 percent from beyond the arc, while outrebounding the Tigers 55–31.
On the defensive end, LSU Eunice smothered ETBU JV, forcing 43 turnovers, while playing team-oriented offense with 27 assists.
