EUNICE, La. – LSU Eunice freshman
Payton Prince (Sulphur, LA, Sulphur HS) has been named to the National Fastpitch Coaches Association (NFCA) All-American team, the organization announced this week. Prince is a second-team member on the 37-player team comprised of NJCAA Division II student-athletes.
Prince earns the 44th All-American designation in LSU Eunice Softball's history and is the eighth All-American under head coach Meghan Collins.

Her 13 home runs are the most in a single season under Collins and rank 11th all-time in LSUE single-season history.
The Sulphur HS product produced 19 multi-hit games and 12 multi-RBI games. She accounted for five RBIs in a two-home run game against National Park College on March 15.
In the field, the everyday center fielder finished the 2025 season with .976 fielding percentage, including six assists and 74 putouts while having a hand in a pair of double plays.
