EUNICE, La. – LSU Eunice produce its second shutout of the early season with a 2-0 result against Paris JC on Friday at the Bengal Soccer Complex. 
 
LSUE (3-0-0) offense dominated possession through the night, winning the corner kick battle 9-0 and producing 19 shots on the game including six that were on frame.
 
The Bengals got the scoreboard in the 17th minute after a goal line run from 
Kon Ayok (Clarkston, GA, Clarkston HS) set up 
Elie Bokota (Atlanta, GA, Clarkston HS) at the top of the box.  The freshman rifled a shot in the far side upper 90 that rattled in goal.  It was Bokota's second goal of the early season.
 
Ayok would then get in the scoring column in the 32nd minute.  
Manuel Mendoza (Santa Ana, CA) found Ayok on the far left corner of the 18 and after a few dribbles towards the center, a low screamer tucked in the opposite corner.
 
LSUE would have plenty of opportunities in the second half but got not convert.  
Emilio Segovia Gaytan (Mexico City, Mexico, Colegio Olinca) had the best chance to net a goal, get two unmarked shots off but would be denied by the PJC goalkeeper.
 
Vinicius Cadengue (Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, Instituto Federal de Brasilia)and 
Tanner Massey (Sulphur, LA, Sulphur HS) combined for the clean sheet.  Massey faced the only shot on goal, grabbing a header attempt in the second half.
 
LSU Eunice hits the road for the first time this season on Tuesday, heading to Northeast Texas CC for a 4:30PM matchup.
