As a Freshman: Played in 28 games for the Lady Bengals last season, averaging 4.7 minutes per game…Averaged 1.6 points and 1.0 rebounds per game…Shot 59 percent from the floor…Added three steals, two blocks and one assist last season.

Prior to College: A native of Olla, La., Knight attended LaSalle High School, where she was a three-time letter winner in basketball and softball for the Tigers. On the court, Knight was named first- team All-District her junior and senior years. Off the court, she was a member of the Fellowship of Christian Athletes, Spanish Club, Science Club and Student Council. The youngest of three children with an older brother and sister, Knight chose to come to LSU Eunice because “I always wanted to play for LSU; I love the community and how small the environment is.”
