Biography

Prior to College: A native of Collierville, Tn., Braxton attended Houston High School, where she competed in basketball for the Dragons. On the court as a senior, Braxton was part of the first girls’ team at Houston High to make it to a state tournament. The youngest of five children with an older brother and three older sisters, Braxton chose to come to LSU Eunice because “I wanted to be far from home and experience something new.”
